$6/lb mixed boxes, $5/lb half pigs, $4.50/lb whole pigs. The heritage Berkshire pig is considered to be one the most flavourful pork producers. Our pure Berkshire sows are crossed with a 1/2 Berkshire, 1/2 Duroc boar to produce high quality, marbled pork with a little less back fat. Our piglets are born on the farm and have unlimited access to the outdoors to wander our lush pasture to enjoy the full benefits of the sun, rain, grass and mud. Their browsing is supplemented with GMO-free grain and lots of organic veggies from the garden! Pork is available in whole pigs (~150lbs), half pigs (~75lbs) and 25lb mixed boxes. Cuts include hams, roasts, pork chops, smoked chops, shoulder butts, shoulder picnics, bacon, sausage, ribs, and ground pork. We also sell pork by the cut from the farm and at our weekly farmers' markets. *We're sold out of whole and half pigs but still have a limited number of 25lb boxes available.
